Great! The staff are super friendly. Prices are high, but unfortunately that's the norm for bike rentals :-( Overall it's amazing to have the option to rent a real cargo bike and take the kids around town! The bike was in pretty good shape, no serious issues. Best way to experience the city, period. And saves you time and stress of mucking about underground.

It was very good experience to rent the bikes in "Paris a velo". We ordered 2 e-bikes for two days, with basket, locks, phone holder. The owner is amazing person. He helps us to deal with problem like no having credit card for living the deposit. So, we very easy deal with it, thanks for that. Also Order give us the charger for bike (for free), so we had unlimited bike power)) Totally we spent a lot of time and effort to find bikes in Paris. It's not so easy - the price for city bikes (like Velib, Tribe, Lime are ~ 0,25 €/min, that is quite expensive (abd be ready to have credit card for living deposit 300/400 € for one bike, each time you rent it. This bike rent conncept don't suits, if you want to spend time in parks, having picnic our visiting museum, couse you will pay for each minute) So, I advise to rent bike (especially electro bike) for whole day. The bike roads in Paris are just adorable. Totally recommended explore the city by bike and "Paris a velo" is the best choice and helper to do it.

A private bike tour guide recommended Paris a Velo for our day long tour. We ended up renting bikes from here 4 more times during our week long trip. Perfect, easy to manage bikes, and a great staff to help with getting set up. They offer phone mounts, baskets, and bungee cords for the bikes. Helmets are offered by not required. You can rent for 1/2 day, full day, or 24 hours. Renting for 24 hours made it easier to do evening and early morning rides.

My wife and I rented bikes from here in May and were extremely happy with the experience. Our bikes were in great shape and came with locks, front and rear lights, and a rear bike rack which worked great for strapping bags/backpacks to. The return process was easy and quick and we were in and out in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommended. Visited again in July of 2019 and again very happy with the experience!

Had a great experience with the crew at Paris a Velo. I rented the e-Cargo bike for almost two months and enjoyed cruising the kids around Paris faster than a car and usually the metro too! Any issue was immedietly and courteously solved with a trip to the shop. A spare battery gave me confidence to cruise the entire city, even out to Jardin d'Acclimation!
